Are you a committee member with a community organisation? Then this program may assist you & your organisation.

 

This program aims to increase awareness of governance roles & responsibilities of board members.  

 

Session 1 - Monday 14 October, 3-5pm

What is Governance? What are your legal requirements?

 

Session 2 - Monday 28 October, 3-5pm

Roles and Responsibilites of Committee members

Financial, Membership procedures, Insurance, Meetings, Reporting, 

Office bearer  &  members roles.

 

Session 3 - Monday 4 November, 3-5pm

Planning for the future - How to practically implement good governance,

committee recruitment and succession planning.
